For the past few days I’ve had this urge to work out completely alone with no one else around. Since I go to a 24-hour gym and tomorrow is a Monday, I know that nobody is going to be there that late. I’m gonna do probably an hour of walking on the treadmill, an hour-long yoga class, and another 30 minutes to an hour of walking. Really looking forward to it.
